Modelling epidemic spreading in a population or organisations is important planning preventive measures and allocating resources for treating infected individuals hospitals. We present structural model capable of describing detailed structures organisations. discuss methods results with the help an example organisation. The organisation real-world but our main focus on presenting modelling approaches. Our designed indirect virus mechanics via respiratory droplets aerosols from person rather than physical to contacts. To this end, we propose new complex contagion that describes process alike social interaction process. Different their combinations can be compared by model. show optimised different corresponding simple study effects limiting contacts between shortening chains infection together general risk mitigation actions.
